CHESS: Non-Disclosure Agreements

Generally, the use of NDAs is not common, since the work performed in the CHESS center is considered to be pre-competitive. However, CHESS may, from time to time, engage in projects that involve use of proprietary or sensitive information and/or products from an industrial partner. In such a case, the University and Member shall execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to the disclosure of any confidential information.
