Bio: | Tiziano Villa studied mathematics at the universities of Milano, Pisa and
Cambdrige, U.K., and electrical engineering and computer science at
the University of California, Berkeley, where he completed a Ph.D. in EECS
in 1995.
From 1980 to 1985 he worked as a computer-aided design specialist
in the integrated circuits division of the CSELT Labs, Torino, Italy,
and then, from 1986 to 1996, he was a research assistant at the Electronics
Research Laboratory, University of California, Berkeley.
From 1997 to 2001 he was a Research Scientist with the PARADES Labs, Rome,
Italy.
From 2002 to 2006 he was as an associate professor with the Department
of Electrical, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering (DIEGM), Universita'
degli Studi di Udine, Italy.
Since October 2006 he is a full professor with the Department of Computer
Science, Universita' degli Studi di Verona, Italy.
